TRINITE Cross-Border Product Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at TRINITE. We are committed to providing high-quality apparel. Due to the unique nature of international shipping, please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return and Exchange Time Limit
· Application Period: Within 14 days from the date the tracking status shows “Delivered.”
· Return Shipping Period: After confirmation, please ship the item within 14 days (as determined by the courier’s pickup time).
2. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues
Returns requested on grounds other than product quality—such as incorrect sizing, personal preference, styling issues, or the item not meeting expectations—are all classified as non-quality-related returns.
Please follow these guidelines:
· Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including international shipping fees to our warehouse in China or France and any applicable customs duties).
· Reshipment Costs: If an exchange is requested, the buyer is responsible for the international shipping costs for the replacement item, including any applicable customs duties.
3. Quality Issues / Returns and Exchanges Due to Seller Responsibility
If a return or exchange is required due to the wrong item being shipped or serious defects in the clothing (excluding loose threads, color discrepancies, etc.):
· Authorization Process: Please first send photos or videos to our email address. We will process your request after confirmation by customer service.
· Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs (you will typically need to pay upfront; please provide proof of shipping costs, and we will reimburse you via PayPal or the original payment method, up to a maximum of $60).
· Full Refund: We will refund the original purchase price and the original shipping costs.
4. Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted in the Following Cases
If the buyer refuses to accept the parcel without valid reason, refuses to pay import duties at the destination, or causes the parcel to be returned, the buyer shall be liable for the associated return shipping costs, import duties and storage fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
In order to protect the rights and health safety of the next consumer, returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following items once sold:
· Intimate apparel: Including but not limited to underwear, swimwear, and athletic compression wear (for hygiene reasons).
· Customized items: Clothing printed with specific logos or names, or altered in length (shortened or lengthened) according to the buyer’s request.
· Special circumstances: Items with noticeable color discrepancies (minor color differences caused by monitor variations are normal and do not constitute a quality issue) or odors (the natural scent of new fabrics can be eliminated by airing them out and does not constitute a quality issue).
